During the month of April and May, East Elementary’s Grade 1 – 3 students participated in a Canada wide math competition called “Number Rumble”. Yesterday Minister Eggen announced the direction for curriculum development in Alberta. The Grant MacEwan Women’s Volleyball Team and head coach, Ken Briggs, are hosting their annual camp in Beaumont again this year. The camp is open to students in Grades 6-12 and runs from August 29 – September.

A few of our East Elementary students received the honour to attend the Rodeo of Smiles for a fun filled day at the fair.
