Greetings everyone!  Leduc will be hosting the Alberta Summer Games this July 14th to 17th http://www.2016asg.com/  and I am the Village Mayor at East Elementary. Our school will be hosting athletes from across Alberta for the duration of the games and we will be looking for volunteers to help supervise in the school. Some of the things you will do as a village supervisor are:

Monitor the entrance and ensure only athletes and summer games staff enter the school

Supervise the Village (6 hour shifts during the duration of the games)

Ensure the needs of the participants are met

Provide information and assistance

Village check-in/out

Village Set-up/Clean-up
