EEPA & EESC AGM is on tonight, September 14 in the Gymnasium. All families are welcome!
We will be providing a hot dog supper at 6:00pm prior to the meeting. Meetings will follow immediately after at approx. 6:45pm
Childcare will be provided –however you must notify us prior to the meeting at [email protected] so we have the appropriate amount of care available.
AGM will include:
- nominations for executive positions for both EEPA & EESC
- appointment of Room Reps for all grades
- approval the 2015/16 budget
- presentation of and approval of EESC Operating Procedures
- Teacher requests
- fundraising goals and ideas
