Today Chris and Kelti from the City of Leduc Fire Department came to talk to our Kindergarten-Grade 6 students about fire safety. The kids had a blast learning about fire safety in the home and what may cause fires, who to call in an emergency, and how to react if our clothes caught on fire. Students got to experience the importance of smoke detectors and the different gear that a firefighter has to wear in an emergency.
