Happy October Everyone!Our first month of school was very successful and we certainly can’t complain about the fall weather this year.  I know I mentioned this next point in my September message, but I would like to reiterate how fantastic our students are and how easily they adapted to the new rules.  All of our staff is impressed with the student’s behaviors, their ability to follow the new rules, and the care they are demonstrating for their schoolmates. We are very proud of all of them!

As we embark on a new month, we are encountering some new challenges, specifically related to student illness.  We realize that the rules AHS has in place can seem strict at times, and they may create an inconvenience for parents, however, the ultimate goal is to maintain the safest possible environment for all of the students and staff.  Thank you for working with us and supporting our efforts to maintain a healthy environment, the staff appreciates all that you do.
