EEPA is in need of FOUR more volunteers to work our school bingo on Saturday, September 29 from 5:30-9:30pm. This a special event, so a minimum of 14 volunteers is required.

Anyone over the age of 18. Parents, aunts, uncles, siblings, grandparents, neighbors.

A variety of positions are available, however, different amounts of walking is required for most positions. Please book your position accordingly or speak to the bingo coordinator.

East Elementary Parents Association fundraises for a variety of field trips, clubs, events and equipment that benefit every student at our school from K-6. One of these ways is by working bingos. We work approximately one per month and require parent volunteers to work them.

Fundraising dollars benefit every student, so we ask that each family volunteers at least once per child in the school from grades K-6 (i.e. 2 children=2 bingos).

It is preferable that you find someone else to cover your bingo. If this is not an option,  please contact the bingo coordinator at 780-906-7388 to let them know as early as possible.

If you do not show up for your spot, our school receives a monetary fine and potentially could lose the entire proceeds according to AGLC rules.
