I can’t believe it is December already! It certainly was an eventful year and one that I am sure none of us will soon forget.  This year, we all encountered challenges at home and at work, yet, I believe it is also important to focus on the positives.  One major positive is that our students are still in school each day, working, learning, and enjoying themselves.  Yes, things may be different in school but that can’t erase the joy all of our students experience in class, interacting with their teachers, and playing with their friends. All of our students demonstrated amazing resilience this year adapting to the changes that took place and I believe that we can learn from them.  We all need to continue to adapt, find joy in our daily lives, and value the friends and family that we have and what better time to do it than Christmas! I wish you all a peaceful and fulfilling break and take the time to focus on all the positive things in your lives.
