  • Lessons From the Pandemic

    Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to school and to 2022!  It certainly continues to be an interesting world in which we live. I was listening to the news a few days ago and the broadcasters were discussing the pandemic and that we are now entering its third year. I could hardly believe that, yet it is true. When I think of our journey to where we are now, one key word sticks in my mind, and that is patience.  As a society, we have all demonstrated such patience living through the pandemic and I think this is a great lesson for our school community as well.  At school, we need to ensure that the staff and students demonstrate patience towards each other each day.  That we take the time to understand each other and care for each other.  That we allow our students the time to reach their goals and grow both emotionally and academically.  As we head into 2022 I hope that we all make an effort to show each other patience and I know we will have an amazing year!

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Chomlak
