Our kids classes will be focuses on learning to develop a fun playful yoga practice, how to use the power of their breath, develop mindful listening and taking care of themselves. We will remind our students how to use their breath to help with a stressful school or social settings and the joy in taking care of others. The tools of yoga and mindfulness offer both a way to handle challenges in the moment and a way to increase children’s resilience and ability to self regulate in the future.
