Dear Parents/Guardians,

Well, as Bon Jovi would say, we’re halfway there! February will mark the start of Term 2 in our 2020-2021 school year and we will also continue our journey through COVID education.  I want to emphasize how proud we are of the work our students are doing each day in order to ensure that we all have a safe learning environment.  As parents, I think many of us worried about how the students would adapt to learning at school, however, I believe that children are often more adaptable than adults.  It is important to remember that children internalize the behaviors they see from the adults in their life, so it is essential to model the behaviors that will support them.  At school, our staff works hard to be positive, calm, and caring so that we can ensure that each student feels safe and welcomed every day.  Thank you for continuing to trust us with caring for your children, it certainly is our privilege.  I hope you all have a fantastic February and Happy Valentine’s Day!
