Season’s Greetings to all of our East Students and Families!
As I write this message today, I am looking out my window and it is 1C and there is hardly any snow on the ground. I am not a huge fan of the cold, so I am excited that winter will be a little shorter this year, but I do miss those sunny days when the ground is covered in fresh snow.
Christmas is one of my favorite times of year and I always look forward to the excitement it creates in our school. The students are engaged in all sorts of fun activities throughout the month and many of them get so excited that Santa soon be here. I think Christmas reminds all of our staff members that it is a privilege to work with your children each day. Working at East is not only a job, it is an opportunity to have a second family that we get to care for, see each day, and experience all the wonders of learning with.
I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas break and that you get to spend some time with your family. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
