PD GOALS:

  • Continued emphasis on self-directed PD allowing teachers to respond to their specific needs as identified in their PGP
  • Additional focus on department and cross-discipline collaboration
  • A set of common goals for the whole school
  • Greater inclusion of support staff in PD activities and school goal-setting
