Supervision

Arrival Supervision: Exterior doors are supervised beginning 10 minutes before the first bell. Parents are asked not to drop off children before supervision begins. The playgrounds are closed before school, as there are not enough supervisors available to monitor these areas safely.

Building Access: To maintain a safe and secure environment, all exterior doors remain locked throughout the school day. Students enter through designated doors during arrival. Students arriving late must enter through the main entrance and sign in at the office.

Dismissal: Staff supervise students as they exit the building and proceed to buses or designated parent pick-up areas. The playgrounds are closed after school unless a parent or guardian is present to supervise their child(ren). Students are expected to go home and check in with their parents or guardians before returning to the playground. Students who have not been picked up within 10 minutes of dismissal will be brought to the office to wait for their parent or guardian.
